My Path
From Salon Owner to Business Coach
I started with a clear vision: a beauty concept that brings everything under one roof — premium services, high-quality care products from the Dead Sea, and even my own Rayyan Repair Hair Oil. My goal was always the same: every client should feel truly valued and cared for.
Over more than 20 years in the hair & beauty world, I experienced the real struggles behind the chair: empty appointment books, weak pricing, no structure, exhausted teams, and zero time to breathe as an owner.
Today I work as a systemic business coach and concept developer for salons and beauty businesses. I help entrepreneurs build profit, visibility, and stability — with clear structures, smart positioning, and a mindset that supports them, not burns them out.
